Located in one of North Devon s most popular areas with the close proximity of many beaches making it an ideal location to enjoy the stunning coastline. Woolacombe and Croyde are within easy reach known worldwide on the surfing scene. Saunton is fast becoming one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Croyde offers pubs shops and Ruda holiday park with swimming/splash pool. Walkers will be in their element with Braunton Burrows being virtually right on their doorstep along with Saunton s 18 hole championship golf course. The regional centre of Barnstaple is 7 miles away and offers a theatre cinema and high street shops. Other attractions close by include National Trust s Arlington Court and Watermouth Castle.
